«There is no basic understanding of what nuclear weapons are» – Zakharova

The Ukrainian side has attempted to turn the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant into a dirty nuclear bomb through shelling, stated Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry. She emphasized that Kyiv's contradictory statements on nuclear issues are coordinated with western countries. Ukraine has directly confessed to the criminal nature of its plans by speaking of preventive strikes against Russia before February 24.

“This indicates a lack of adequate perception of reality and that there is no basic understanding of what nuclear weapons are, what nuclear energy is,” Zakharova said.
