David Babayan Makes a Statement

David Babayan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, made a statement on Facebook:

“Artsakh is indeed very heavy. It is a shield that has protected Armenia for centuries and ensured the safety of the Armenian people. And a shield is heavy. Moreover, Artsakh is not only a military-strategic and geopolitical shield but also a moral and value-based shield. But can such weight be seen as a burden? A nation that sees its shield as a burden is doomed, and history knows many examples of this.”
