‘This is the second time that Azerbaijan refuses to fulfill its promise’: Pashinyan makes a statement
Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has stated on his Twitter microblog that “this is already the second time that Azerbaijan refuses to fulfill its promise to release Armenian prisoners of war. The first case was in May, when a promise was made in Brussels, and the second is now, when Azerbaijan committed to release 17 Armenian prisoners by September 30 in Washington.”
