Azerbaijan Proposes Change in Border Demarcation Talks with Armenia
The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, proposed during a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Geneva to hold the next session of the border demarcation bilateral commission not in November, as initially agreed, but in October, considering the tension between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
This was reported by the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry following the meeting of the ministers on Sunday in Geneva.
It is worth noting that earlier, in Geneva, Minister Mirzoyan met with the U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Philip Reeker, and the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar.
