Stoltenberg to Hold Unscheduled Press Conference Today
The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, will hold an unscheduled press conference on Friday at 18:00 (19:00 Yerevan time). The topic of his speech has not been disclosed, according to a statement from the alliance’s press service. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
It is noteworthy that the NATO press service published a statement in connection with the incidents involving the "Nord Stream" pipelines. In it, the alliance asserts that the gas leak from the "Nord Stream" pipeline is a result of deliberate actions.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia initiated a case regarding international terrorism following the damage to the "Nord Stream" pipeline. Dmitry Polyansky, the First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, stated that an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council regarding the diversions against the "Nord Stream" pipeline is scheduled for 22:00 Moscow time.
