Pashinyan Makes a Statement
During my speech at the UN, I posed a simple question: Does Azerbaijan recognize the territorial integrity of Armenia within internationally recognized borders? This was written by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Twitter account.
“If yes, we can start the signing of a peace treaty. Unfortunately, there is no positive response. The question is, why?” Pashinyan wrote.
