Thanks to the involvement of the international community, an agreement has been reached to cease fire, said the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, during a live broadcast on Public TV.
“We hope that Azerbaijan will continue to uphold this ceasefire,” he stated.
In response to a clarifying question about whether there is an agreement about the ceasefire, Armen Grigoryan said: “Of course, it would not be possible to have a ceasefire without an agreement.”
