Defense Ministry Issues Statement
The Ministry of Defense of Armenia has issued a statement indicating that on August 25, a contract serviceman of the Defense Ministry's unit, Sergeant A.M., suffered burns due to an explosion of a household gas cylinder placed in the trunk of a vehicle. The serviceman's condition is assessed as serious.
