It is unacceptable to develop relations with other countries at the expense of fraternal countries' relations: Babayan
Artsakh's Foreign Minister Davit Babayan has stated that the development of relations with other countries at the expense of ties with fraternal countries is unacceptable.
"The key and most important imperative of foreign policy is to maintain close relations with fraternal countries, as well as to expand and deepen ties with them. Of course, steps should also be taken to develop relations with other countries, even those with which relations have traditionally been complex and fraught with difficulties. However, in any case, it is unacceptable to develop relations with other countries at the expense of ties and relations with fraternal countries," Babayan wrote on his Facebook page.
