Trump: 'Washington is allocating too much money to Ukraine'
Former U.S. President Donald Trump believes that Washington is allocating too much money to Ukraine compared to European countries. He made this statement on Saturday while speaking at a student conference in Florida.
"If you look at Ukraine, we have given them over $60 billion. European countries, which are obviously more affected than we are, have provided only a small fraction of that amount. But we have a $35 trillion debt. We have problems, and we're pulling money out," he said.
Trump reiterated his claim that the conflict in Ukraine would not have occurred if he were still President of the United States.
