Putin to Visit Iran: What is the Topic of Negotiations?

Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Iran at the beginning of next week. This was announced to IRNA by Mohammad-Reza Pour-Rahimi, head of the Iranian Parliament’s Economic Commission. According to him, the topic of the negotiations will be the expansion of economic ties.

The representative stated that the recent visit of the Iranian president to Russia positively charged bilateral relations, and numerous agreements were signed.

“In the context of the anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the USA and the European Union, Russia is even more interested in cooperation with Iran,” Pour-Rahimi said.
