Dnipro Mayor Calls Zelensky's Advisor a 'Talking Ass'

The Mayor of Dnipro, Ukraine, Boris Filatov, described Kyiv's information policy as 'complete guano' (guano - bird droppings) on his Telegram channel, and labeled President Volodymyr Zelensky's advisor Alexey Arestovich a 'talking ass'.

'Just a few weeks ago, the talking ass by the last name Arestovich was convincingly telling women of Balzac age that the war would soon end. Today, the talking ass has announced that the situation is 'very bad' (editor’s note),' he wrote.

Moreover, he claimed that Kyiv's information policy is total guano meant for fools, not for free people.
