Four countries have recalled their decision to recognize Kosovo's independence, reports the Serbian Foreign Ministry.
According to Interfax, the head of the ministry, Nikola Selakovic, did not specify which countries are involved.
The minister stated that Serbia offers member states of the Council of Europe the opportunity to decline Kosovo and Metohija's admission to the organization.
