We Are Not Attacking Russia, Says Biden
US President Joe Biden has stated that he does not plan to send troops to Ukraine. This was reported by РИА Новости.
“We are not sending troops to Ukraine to fight against Russian soldiers,” he said, adding that they “are not attacking Russia.”
Biden also emphasized that the aid declared for Ukraine would not be cheap.
