Biden to Announce New Sanctions Against Russia in Brussels

U.S. President Joe Biden is expected to announce a series of sanctions against numerous legislators, defense industry enterprises, and their subsidiaries, as well as other sectors of the Russian economy, according to The Washington Post, citing its sources.

According to them, the American leader will also speak about measures being taken by the U.S. to prevent Russia from circumventing the existing restrictions related to the events in Ukraine. At the same time, it is reported that the list of restrictions may still undergo changes.
