US Secretary of State Accuses Russian Military of War Crimes
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has announced that the US has concluded, after reviewing evidence, that Russian military personnel have indeed committed war crimes in Ukraine. This was reported by the BBC's Russian service.
“Our assessment is based on a thorough examination of available information from open sources and intelligence data,” Blinken's statement has been cited by global news agencies.
The US Secretary of State added that the determination of individual responsibility should be decided by the courts in each case.
