VIDEO: "Where is the Deputy Minister?" Rubinyan Got Angry
During today’s session of the National Assembly, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs David Khachatryan was scheduled to present a report on a certain draft law. His name was announced by Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, but he then noticed that the deputy minister was not in the hall.
“Where is David Khachatryan?” Rubinyan asked, looking towards the secretary’s office, visibly irritated. He was likely informed that Khachatryan was absent from the session.
Rubinyan grew more upset, saying, “Dear colleagues, since we do not see responsible conduct from our government partners, I will announce a 20-minute break now, and I will instruct the secretary to immediately contact the government and tell them to come quickly.”
