Kyiv Finally Reaches Agreement with Moscow: Podolyak Announces Preliminary Document

Kyiv has finally reached an agreement with Moscow. A meeting between the presidents of Ukraine and Russia can only take place once the document is ready. For the leaders of the states to communicate, a draft of a 'roadmap' is necessary for discussion.

This was stated by Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian President's office, on his Telegram channel. Working groups are preparing a preliminary document within the framework of the negotiation process. Any fundamental decisions can only be made during the leaders' meeting.
