The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "Sasha Katvalyan has been appointed as the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, who previously led the Davitashen community. Katvalyan presented himself at the district hall yesterday, meeting with the staff. He is a close associate of Suren Papikyan and Tigran Avinyan.
