NATO Troops Should Not Be in Ukraine: Stoltenberg
All NATO member states agree that NATO forces should not be deployed to Ukraine. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
“We agree that neither NATO aircraft nor NATO ground forces should be there,” he said at a press conference following a meeting of the foreign ministers of North Atlantic Treaty Organization countries in Brussels.
Stoltenberg explained that the ministers raised this issue today, but all came to the conclusion that NATO troops should not be in Ukraine.
