Kadyrov Offers Zelensky to Negotiate, Promising to Resolve Everything in Half an Hour and End the War

The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has proposed negotiations to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, promising that "everything will be resolved in half an hour."

“Mr. Zelensky, do not attempt to bypass the president and negotiate with him directly. Ask the president to appoint me as the negotiator. Together, we will resolve all of this in half an hour. This will be the end of the war,” Kadyrov stated in a voice message published on his Telegram channel.

He also requested Russian President Vladimir Putin to instruct Russian military forces to seize Kharkiv and Kyiv.
