Driver of Infiniti Sought Since Morning; Car and Driver's Body Recovered from Dzoraget

On March 4, a tragic incident occurred in the Lori region. At around 3:30 PM, the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call at the 911 emergency management center reporting that a vehicle was found under the Stepanavan bridge in Dzoraget, raising suspicions that there might be citizens inside.

According to shamshyan.com, a fire-rescue team comprising one operational unit from the Stepanavan Fire and Rescue Squad promptly arrived at the scene. Firefighters, using special ropes and a crane, retrieved the Infiniti vehicle from the river, where they discovered the body of the driver, 22-year-old Melik Hovhannisyan, a resident of Stepanavan.

According to local sources, the deceased had been searched for by relatives, friends, police officers from the Stepanavan division, and road police since this morning.
