China Does Not Approve of Sanctions Against Russia
China does not approve of the use of sanctions as a means of conflict resolution, stated Wang Wenbin, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, during a press briefing on Monday. This was reported by РИА Новости.
"China does not support the use of sanctions to solve problems, and is even more opposed to unilateral sanctions that lack an international legal basis," the diplomat said in response to a question regarding China's stance on disconnecting Russia from SWIFT.
