Explosion in Southern France: Children Among Victims
An explosion occurred in a grocery store in southern France last night, resulting in the deaths of 7 people, reports Euronews.
According to France's Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin, among the deceased are two children, and four others have sustained varying degrees of injury. One of the injured individuals jumped from the second floor in an attempt to escape the fire.
Initial reports indicate that the explosion struck a commercial area on the ground floor of a building, where gas cylinders were later found.
