Actor Tim Curry has died at the age of 80. This has been reported by TMZ. It is noted that the actor had been suffering from serious health issues for over a decade.

Tim Curry starred in more than 200 films, with notable works including 'It', 'Home Alone 2', and 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show'. Last year, the actor published his memoirs, providing details about his condition. It was revealed that Tim Curry had undergone serious brain surgery.

"It turned out my brain was so inflamed or filled with blood that they had to remove a portion of my skull and place it in my abdominal cavity to save my brain and, consequently, save my life. Fortunately, the surgery was successful, although there was no guarantee of success,” he wrote.
