BREAKING: Artsakh Resident Lost and Found in Azerbaijani Occupied Area
This morning, around 07:30, the National Security Service of Artsakh reported the disappearance of Armen Abriki Verdyan, a 1971-born resident of the Aygestan community in the Askeran region. Based on the emergency call, it was determined that the mentioned citizen had wandered off in the area between the Nahijavanik and Ughtasar communities of the Askeran region and ended up in a territory under the control of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where he was detained.
The incident was immediately reported to the Russian peacekeepers, who confirmed the safety of our citizen. Negotiations are currently underway to return the Artsakh citizen to the Armenian side.
