Request to Detain 5 of the Captives Returned to Armenia
On December 4, a request was submitted to detain 5 out of the 10 captives returned to Armenia. This was stated by Vardan Tadevosyan, the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee of Armenia, in an interview with Sputnik Armenia.
"They are currently detained, and a request has been made to detain them. Court hearings are underway at the moment," said Tadevosyan, adding that further updates will be provided later.
The returned captives are accused of violating the rules of combat duty or military service under Part 3 of Article 365 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, which has resulted in severe consequences.
