Breaking: A Conscription Soldier Has Died
On November 24, at around 14:50, a conscription soldier from the Armenian Ministry of Defense's N military unit was found dead at a combat post located in the northeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. The soldier, Private Suren Roman Avetisyan (born 2001), suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
An investigation is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia shares the deep sorrow of the loss and expresses its support to Suren Avetisyan's family members, loved ones, and fellow servicemen.
