The road from Stepanakert to Shushi and Armenia is currently closed. We are waiting for it to reopen. I know the reason, but I won't write it until there is an official clarification, including from the Russian peacekeepers. This was stated by journalist Tatul Hakobyan on his Facebook page.
It is worth noting that Azerbaijani media report that Ilham Aliyev is currently in Shushi.
