The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh has issued an announcement stating: “If you have been a beneficiary of the 300,000 AMD or 250,000 AMD one-time financial assistance program and have yet to receive the support you are entitled to, you can approach the nearest Artsakhpost or Haypost branch. In case of any issues, you can contact 047945288.”
