Appointments and Ranks Under Presidential Decree in Armenia

The Office of the President of Armenia informs that several officials received promotions today:

• 1) By presidential decree, Vahe Ghazaryan, Chief of Police of Armenia, has been awarded the rank of Major General of Police.
• 2) The President has signed a decree granting Major General military rank to Armen Abazyan, Director of the National Security Service.
• 3) By presidential decree, Sybuhie Galyan, Deputy Prosecutor General, has been granted the Class III State Counselor rank.
• 4) By presidential decree, Gevorg Baghdasaryan, also Deputy Prosecutor General, has been awarded the Class III State Counselor rank.
