Notations Found on 'Honorary' Ballots at Armavir 14/29 Polling Station: 'Factinfo'
A scandal has erupted at the 14/29 polling station in Armavir province. According to 'Factinfo', during the receipt of ballots at the precinct electoral commission, members of the commission and observers noticed that several hundred ballots from the 'Honorary' alliance had annotations made in blue ink, which could potentially be grounds for invalidating those ballots.
Similar notations were also discovered on ballots from the 'Armenia' alliance. Lawyer Aram Vardevanyan issued a statement today demanding comprehensive responses from the CEC and observers regarding this matter.
