Kazakhstan Ready to Provide Humanitarian Aid to Kyrgyzstan
Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Japarov held a telephone conversation to discuss the situation at the Kyrgyz-Tajik border. According to TASS, Tokayev expressed readiness to provide humanitarian assistance to Bishkek if necessary.
The President of Kazakhstan emphasized that such border incidents should only be resolved peacefully, in accordance with mutual understanding and the spirit of friendship.
