Azerbaijan Did Not Attend EAEU Intergovernmental Council Meeting; Armenia Did Not Give Consent, Mher Grigoryan
Acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan answered reporters' questions after the EAEU Intergovernmental Council meeting held in Kazan. He stated that the Azerbaijani delegation did not participate in the meeting because Armenia did not agree to the participation of the Azerbaijani representative.
"For any third country's participation in the EAEU Intergovernmental Council meeting, a consensus decision is required. There was no consensus on the participation of the Azerbaijani delegation," he said.
