I Apologize for Publishing Incorrect Information: Taron Chakhoyan
The Deputy Head of the Prime Minister's Office of Armenia, Taron Chakhoyan, has issued an apology on his Facebook page for spreading false information.
"I have deleted my previous post because the picture did not actually depict Baghramyan Avenue. I apologize for publishing incorrect information," he wrote.
Previously, Taron Chakhoyan had shared a photo on his Facebook page, which he later deleted, claiming that it showed Baghramyan Avenue today; however, the image was actually taken in Ukraine in 2017.
