Has an Armenian Been Killed at Upper Lars? Georgia's Interior Ministry Claims No Reports Received
The Georgian Interior Ministry asserts that they have not received any reports from the Upper Lars border checkpoint regarding a brawl among truck drivers, reports Newsgeorgia.
"We have received no reports of a fight among drivers. There is no such incident," stated the ministry's press service.
Earlier, the Russian channel "360" reported that a brawl occurred among truck drivers at the Russian-Georgian border, in which one person was killed. The channel's source claims that one of the truck carriers, allegedly of Turkish descent, killed a driver from Armenia. The report also mentions that "Georgian investigators have gone to the scene."
