Georgian Prime Minister Resigns
Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia has resigned. According to Armenpress, he announced his decision during a specially convened press briefing.
“I have made the decision to leave my position. Of course, I believe and want to believe that this step will help reduce polarization in our country's politics, as I am convinced that polarization and confrontation among us are the greatest risks to our country's economic development future and the path to overcoming all types of crises,” Gakharia stated.
