Pan-Turkists in Crimea Call for Killing Russians
A Russian journalist and city duma deputy from Moscow, Andrei Medvedev, has addressed a call promoted by pan-Turkists to kill Russians, which appeared on social media several days ago. Flyers in Crimea state, “Ramil could do it, and so can you.”
According to the journalist, it is clear that the reference is to Ramil Shamsutdinov, who shot his fellow servicemen. Medvedev noted, “Soft power via Turanianism: They are working with youth. And it doesn’t matter who they are—Crimean Tatars serving Kyiv or neo-Ottomans. They are working persistently, step by step. What matters is that they are working with our youth, still—only ours.”
