Co-Chairs of OSCE Discuss with Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia
The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group (Igor Popov from the Russian Federation, Stéphane Visconti from France, and Andrew Schofer from the United States) issued the following statement today. On February 16, they held separate discussions via video link with Armenia's Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian and Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. Also present was the personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk.
During the meeting, the co-chairs engaged in a lengthy and substantive exchange of ideas with each minister regarding issues related to promoting stability in the region and the formats of the mediation process.
