Breaking: Earthquake with Magnitude 2-3 Occurs in Yerevan
On February 15, at 18:21 local time (14:21 GMT), an earthquake with a magnitude of 2.3 was recorded by the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations Seismic Protection Territorial Service. The earthquake's epicenter was located 17 kilometers south of Yerevan, at a depth of 10 kilometers, with geographical coordinates of 40.04° N latitude and 44.56° E longitude.
The intensity of the underground shock in the epicentral zone reached 3 points. Residents of Yerevan felt the tremor at an intensity of 2-3 points.
