The 21 Kilometers of the Goris-Kapan Road Pass Through Azerbaijani Territory, Says My Step MP
You know that, for example, the 21 kilometers of the Goris-Kapan road pass beyond internationally recognized borders of Armenia, that is, through Azerbaijani territory — internationally recognized. However, this road has never been closed for a moment. This was stated by My Step MP Hayk Gevorgyan during a meeting with reporters in parliament.
“It’s not the case that this should be established by some agreements at this moment. This is the result of arrangements that this road must operate and it does operate. Not for a second has this road been closed by the Azerbaijanis,” he added.
