Lars is Closed for Trucks
According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for trucks. There are about 370 trucks piled up on the Russian side.
