Azerbaijan Builds Four-Lane Highway to Shushi Since November, Says Varuzhan Geghamyan
Turkologist Varuzhan Geghamyan wrote on his Facebook page: “To reach the fortress city of Shushi, which has been effectively handed over to Azerbaijan, the country has been constructing a four-lane highway since last November, with construction set to be completed in 2022. Two major Turkish construction companies, Kolin İnşaat and Bayburt İnşaat, are involved in the project. The first, Kolin İnşaat, operates under the patronage of Turkish President Erdoğan.”
