Moscow Court Renders Navalny's Arrest Legal
The Moscow Regional Court has recognized the 30-day detention of Alexei Navalny as legal, following his arrest upon returning to Russia from Germany, according to a correspondent from RIA Novosti in the courtroom.
Judge Musa Musayev announced, "The decision of the Chimki City Court of the Moscow Region is upheld, and the appeals will not be satisfied."
