Haroonyan Discusses Reconstruction of Infrastructure in Artsakh with Avinyan
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Haroonyan, received Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan on December 22, as reported by the President's Office of Artsakh.
They discussed several issues related to the reconstruction of infrastructure in Artsakh. Specifically, the need for rapid and adequate electricity supply and communication for Martuni city and all other settlements in Artsakh was highlighted, as well as the launch of housing construction programs.
The parties agreed to further harmonize and multiply their joint efforts to overcome the severe socio-economic situation in the post-war period.
