Artak Beglaryan Submits Resignation from Position of Ombudsman of Artsakh
The Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, submitted a written resignation to the President of the National Assembly of Artsakh on December 22, in accordance with Article 13, Part 2 of the Law on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh and Article 129 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of Artsakh.
“The resignation of the Ombudsman is due to an offer to take on another position in the state system, driven by the existing challenges and needs. We inform that tomorrow, December 23, at 11:00 AM, Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan will hold a press conference in the small hall of the National Assembly of Artsakh, which will be broadcast live on the Ombudsman’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. Journalists not located in Artsakh can send their questions in advance via email to the Facebook page until December 23 at 9:00 AM,” the statement from the Ombudsman’s office reads.
