A phone conversation between Ruslan Israelyan, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, and President Araik Harutyunyan has surfaced online. The discussion took place immediately after press secretary Vahram Poghosyan announced the news regarding the takeover of Shushi by Azerbaijani armed forces.
