No Border Demarcation Works Underway in Kapan Community Area

No border demarcation works are currently underway in the Kapan community area of Syunik Province. This was announced by the Kapan municipality in response to the statement made by My Step faction MP Karen Hambardzumyan, who claimed that Armenian and Azerbaijani troops had reached the Kapan community while drawing the border.

"In an interview with the media today, My Step faction MP Karen Hambardzumyan stated that our and Azerbaijani troops are coming and have reached the Kapan community while delineating the border. We would like to clarify that this information does not reflect reality. No border demarcation works are being carried out in the Kapan community area," the statement said.
