The National Assembly Council to Appeal to the Constitutional Court Regarding Gagik Tsarukyan's Parliamentary Powers
The National Assembly Council has approved in a closed-door meeting the issue of appealing to the Constitutional Court regarding the suspension of Gagik Tsarukyan's parliamentary powers, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia faction.
This decision was based on the Corruption Prevention Commission's conclusion from October 26 regarding the violations of incompatibility requirements by a Member of Parliament.
The Constitutional Court is set to review the appeal concerning the suspension of Gagik Tsarukyan's parliamentary powers within 30 days.
