Azerbaijan Issues International Warrant for Seyran Ohanyan
Azerbaijani law enforcement authorities have issued an international warrant for the former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan.
According to a report by the Azerbaijani APA agency, a criminal case has been initiated against Ohanyan under Article 103 of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code (genocide). On November 11, the case was reviewed and confirmed by Judge Elbay Allahverdiyev at the Baku Military Court.
In accordance with the court's decision, Ohanyan has been placed under a remote arrest warrant, and he has been put on international wanted list.
